Though it might sound super tourist-populated, going on a cruise is my personal favorite way to see multiple places within the world in one single vacation. My family and I went on a handful of cruises when I was in high school, and now I have the pleasure of saying that I’ve gone to over a dozen islands in South America, Central America and the Caribbean. Travel blogger Alex in Wanderland recently posted ‘My Cruising Bucket List,’ which consists of cruises that go everywhere from the islands of the Bahamas to exotic cruises through the Amazon River.
