If you’re like me, you’re probably stressing over college graduation applications, trying to figure out what career path you want to go down or dreaming about traveling post-commencement. You’re also probably worrying about how you’re going to pay for all of this. Here, I found a post that shows how a fellow traveler Michael, saved up enough money for a big trip in a short amount of time. By cutting back on expenses for six months, he saved $14k by making only $9 an hour! There are many ways to stay frugal while being in college; by using public transportation, switch your latte for a plain coffee, or sell your clothes to a thrift store. Not only does this post show you how to save money before your trip, but it shows you how to save while traveling as well. This is a great read for those of you that are looking to maximize your trip with minimal spending.
